Barre Pilates
Our Barre classes are designed to leave you feeling full of happy endorphins. Barre is a workout with elements of Pilates and Yoga and Ballet with the support of a ballet barre. It is a low impact workout but guaranteed to get your heart pumping while strengthening and lengthening, improving muscle definition doing small isometric movements using resistance bands, small weights and soft balls. This class will leave you feeling like jelly but so invigorating and fun. Tunes will be pumping and laughter is always a part of our class at Coreworx Studio.
